On December 7, 2022, the Comprehensive Team of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council issued the "Notice on Further Optimizing and Implementing the Prevention and Control Measures for the New Coronavirus Epidemic". Epidemic prevention and control are facing new situations and new tasks. In order to make preparations for the new stage of epidemic prevention and control and ensure a smooth passage through the epidemic period, the focus of epidemic prevention work has shifted from precise control to the rational allocation of medical resources. The construction of various information infrastructures for convenient services should be strengthened to accelerate the restoration of economic and social order.
After careful study by the Provincial Big Data Bureau, it was decided to merge the Guizhou Health Code and Guiren Code in the early morning of December 22, 2022. Guiren Code mainly focuses on the health code and place code user system, core capabilities and data resources, using Guizhou Health Code as a unified portal and entrance, focusing on key population services, transcoding applications, nucleic acid detection query, antigen reporting, In key scenarios such as vaccination inquiries, we will achieve full coverage of classified service sectors such as epidemic prevention services, medical services , community services, and convenience services. We will follow the trend, move according to the times, and respond to the policy adjustment and focus shift from "prevention" to "treatment" according to local conditions.
After being officially launched, the Guiren Code will continue to use the Guizhou Health Code, place code, nucleic acid testing, vaccination inquiry and other functions, and add antigen reporting and relative codes. In the future, according to the requirements of the Provincial Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group, it can successively integrate nucleic acid testing points, vaccination point inquiry and access, as well as convenient government services and other scenarios to provide big data support to create a new universal and convenient health service.
