The Linwei District Procuratorate of Weinan City, Shaanxi Province earnestly studied, publicized and implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, thoroughly implemented the work deployment of the "Quality Construction Year" of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, took the "three-have" campaign with progress, position and brand as a starting point, clarify the work goals, gather the team's joint efforts, perform duties solidly, strengthen supervision quality and efficiency, and fully promote the high-quality development of Linwei Procuratorial work .
First, keep a close eye on the evaluation indicators and achieve vertical progress. Our court closely focuses on the data changes in the main evaluation indicators of case quality and the evaluation requirements for the effectiveness of the "three-have" campaign, insists on holding monthly analysis and judgment meetings to find shortcomings and weaknesses, clarify improvement measures, strictly implement measures, strengthen tracking and supervision, and ensure the continuous optimization and improvement of data evaluation indicators. Conduct on-site supervision of weak points, individual conversations, strengthen responsibilities, and force the quality and efficiency of related work to be steadily improved. In the first half of this year, our court's ranking of grassroots procuratorates construction analysis and evaluation (Class A court) in the province increased by 6 places compared with 2021, and the ranking of case quality and efficiency analysis and evaluation increased by 5 places.
The second is to base itself on the reality of the "court" and achieve horizontal positioning. Our court is located in the central urban area of Weinan City, . The case handling business volume is large, and the quality and efficiency of work directly affects the city's procuratorial work. Our court breaks out of the "city wall thinking", anchors a higher position and goal, strengthens its sense of responsibility and action, actively plans and promotes the Linwei procuratorial work in the overall situation of procuratorial work in the province, conducts horizontal comparisons in grassroots Class A courts across the province, strives to be the first in the quality and efficiency of case handling, and strives to create the effectiveness of the "three-have" activities, especially in handling key cases, issuing procuratorial suggestions, summarizing experience and practices, and conducting theoretical research. We will adhere to proactively serving and ensuring the overall situation and central work, demonstrate procuratorial responsibility in the fight against organized crime and evil, serve and guarantee rural revitalization, create a law-based business environment, and promote social governance, demonstrate procuratorial actions, and contribute procuratorial wisdom and strength.
The third is to focus on image improvement and achieve branded work. Our court insists on using brand highlights to lead the comprehensive improvement of procuratorial work. The procuratorial work of public interest litigation insists on improving both quantity, quality and efficiency, establishing mechanisms, finding sources, grasping rectification, and promoting governance, and striving to build a "Kong Bing Team" for public interest litigation. The case of public interest litigation reform was rated as an excellent case for comprehensive deepening of reform in Shaanxi Province, 4 public interest litigation cases were selected as the "Thousand Case Display" of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and 2 cases were rated as a typical case of the procuratorate in Shaanxi Province. The "Winterberry Sister" juvenile prosecution team has carried out extensive activities on the rule of law into campus, effectively promoted the implementation of the "No. 1 Procuratorial Recommendation" of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the "Two Laws" for minors, improved the level of centralized and unified handling of juvenile prosecution business, gathered forces from multiple parties, jointly built a social support system for the protection of minors, and strived to support a blue sky of the rule of law for the healthy growth of minors. "You Are So Rare" was named an excellent online course for the Shaanxi Provincial Procuratorate's Office "Rule of Law Enters Campus".
