Up to now, remote off-site bid evaluation cooperation agreements have been established with 17 districts and counties under the jurisdiction of Jinan, Weifang, Linyi and other cities.
"Let experts run less errands and let data run more". Carrying out remote bid evaluation is an important measure to deepen the integration and sharing of public resource trading platforms, vigorously promote the electronicization of the entire process, reduce the transaction costs of , and optimize the business environment in the bidding and procurement field. By breaking regional boundaries, it is possible to share expert resources and place resources in different regions, effectively saving transaction costs. Since the beginning of this year, the branch center has deeply promoted the widespread application of remote off-site bidding and bidding in government procurement projects, engineering construction projects, and actively built a remote off-site bidding cooperation network to promote the cross-regional and cross-industry sharing of expert resources and public resource trading platform resources, and comprehensively improve the quality of public resource trading bid evaluation. At present, we have assisted Linyi City Lanling County and Fei County to complete three remote bid evaluation projects, with a transaction volume of 5.316 million yuan.
