　　On September 16, Xi'an University of Petroleum held a special action plan for work style construction. The main venue of this conference is located in the academic lecture hall of Yanta Campus, and the branch venue is located in the first conference room of the Zhengyi Campus. All school leaders attended the meeting, and all school-level cadres attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Li Tiantai, deputy secretary of the school’s Party Committee and president.

　　At the meeting, the school’s Party Secretary Sai Yunxiu pointed out that strengthening work style construction is an important guarantee for uniting our efforts to promote the high-quality development of school . All units in the school should steadily advance the special action on style construction. First, we must improve our political stance and fully understand the importance of strengthening style construction. We must fully understand that carrying out work style construction actions is an urgent need to implement the requirements of the Party Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, an urgent need to high-quality development of all undertakings in the school, and an urgent need to strive to promote cadres and teachers to do things and start businesses. Second, we must cultivate a strong work style and implement the requirements of the provincial party committee without fail. All cadres and teachers in the school should always be in mind the "big things of the country", continue to carry forward the fine style of "loyalty to the Party, diligent study and good thinking, hard work, serve teachers and students, and be honest and honest", and implement the style of "diligence, strict, meticulous and honest" in their posts and work. Third, we must focus on the goals and requirements and carry out special actions to build a good work style in depth and solidly. We must strictly implement the special action arrangements for the work style construction of the provincial party committee and school party committee, focus on seven key tasks and 16 work measures, and grasp all work tasks with higher standards and stricter requirements. Fourth, we must strengthen organizational leadership and ensure that the special action on style construction achieves practical results. The whole school should strengthen responsibility, strengthen work coordination, do a good job in publicity and guidance, establish and improve long-term mechanisms, and truly reflect the results of the special actions in promoting the high-quality development of the school.

We must closely combine the special action on style construction with the implementation of the school's "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan and annual key work tasks, and promote the special action to resonate, promote each other and improve together with the central work.
