In order to do a good job in saving energy resources, enhance the energy conservation awareness of cadres and staff across the bureau, strengthen energy resource management, scientifically and rationally utilize various resources such as water, electricity, and automobiles, reduce the operating costs of the agency, promote green office, and form a good atmosphere of advocating green life, the Chishui Municipal Medical Security Bureau uses the "three measures" to continuously promote the creation of an economy-saving agency.
First, strengthen organizational leadership and strengthen institutional guarantees. The Chishui Medical Security Bureau attaches great importance to the creation of energy-saving agencies, established the Chishui Medical Security Bureau’s energy-saving resource leadership group, formulates an implementation plan for energy-saving resource conservation, establishes and improves the energy-saving resource management system for organs, clarifies the division of work tasks and time nodes, and solidly promotes the construction of energy-saving agencies.
The second is to carry out publicity and education to create an atmosphere of creation. In combination with " World Earth Day ", " National Energy Conservation Promotion Week ", " National Low Carbon Day ", "Green Travel Promotion Month", etc., organize activities such as "Practice thrift, oppose waste", "energy saving and carbon reduction, green and environmental protection"; post reminder signs such as turning off the lights, saving water, saving paper, and garbage classification in various offices of the agency to guide cadres and employees to develop green and low-carbon work and living habits; hold regular lectures and training activities on ecological civilization construction such as energy conservation and consumption reduction, strengthen publicity on energy conservation and consumption reduction, and guide cadres and employees to enhance their awareness of practicing thrift and opposing waste.
The third is to implement saving measures and improve energy saving awareness. Based on the actual situation of the unit, garbage sorting container facilities are installed in each office and garbage sorting and disposal guidelines are posted to guide cadres and employees to correctly sort garbage; actively promote green office and paperless office, post reminders and signs in each office area to remind cadres and employees to save paper and electricity on a daily basis; call on all cadres and employees to bring their own water cups to avoid using one paper cup, causing waste of resources; issue green travel initiatives, actively implement the "135" travel method, and guide all employees of the medical insurance system to give priority to using electric vehicles, bicycles, walking and other methods to travel green.
