Ding Chengzhi, Secretary of the Party Branch and Director of the Center, made a summary speech. At the meeting, each department first comprehensively sorted out the rules and regulations issued since the establishment of the center. Focusing on the compilation of the central system and specific work needs, it sorted out and summarized the rectification work requirements of the three aspects of "building new systems, improving systems, and implementing systems". A total of 12 new systems were planned, 29 systems were adjusted and improved, and 3 rectification systems were implemented, which greatly improved the normative, rational and operable nature of the original system. After listening carefully to the speeches of each subject, the central leadership team provided in-depth guidance and comments on the existing problems at this stage.

This special action for system construction is based on the center's three-year plan action plan, which further improves the center's management level and promotes the implementation of various work of the center in scientific, efficient and safely. It is also a powerful means for risk prevention and control. We strive to form an effective long-term mechanism of mutual restraint and mutual supervision in the center's work.
