The case of Zhang Yongze, former member of the Party Leadership Group and vice chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region People's Government, suspected of taking bribes was concluded by the National Supervisory Commission. After being designated by the Supreme People's Procuratorate of , the People's Procuratorate of Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province was reviewed and prosecuted. Recently, the Xi'an Municipal People's Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution with Xi'an Intermediate People's Court .

During the review and prosecution stage, the procuratorate informed the defendant Zhang Yongze of the litigation rights enjoyed in accordance with the law, interrogated the defendant, and listened to the opinions of the defense lawyer. Previously, with the approval of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission filed a case for serious violations of discipline and law by Zhang Yongze, former member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region Government.

After investigation, Zhang Yongze had no ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original mission, and his view of political achievements was seriously distorted. He was not determined and discounted in implementing the Party’s strategy of governing Tibet in the new era. Zhang Yongze seriously violates the party's political discipline , organizational discipline, integrity discipline, work discipline and life discipline, constitutes serious violations of duty and is suspected of bribery crimes, and does not restrain or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is a typical example of the interweaving of political and economic problems. It is a serious nature and has a bad impact and should be dealt with seriously.
