1. agree that the organizers of Linyi Shusheng Culture Festival will be adjusted to Shandong Provincial Federation of Literature and Art, Shandong Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism , and Linyi Municipal People's Government .
2. It is agreed to hold the Linyi Calligraphy Culture Festival in Linyi City from September 3 to October 7, 2022, in a combination of online and offline methods.
3. Conscientiously implement the spirit of the eight central regulations and their implementation rules, strictly observe financial disciplines, strictly control the scale of activities and expenditures, practice diligence and thrift, oppose extravagance and waste, and be simple, pragmatic and efficient.
4. Strictly implement the requirements for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus epidemic, and implement a dynamic control mechanism for normalized festival activities for epidemic prevention and control. Before the event is officially held, the people's government of the place where the event is held must work with the organizer to conduct risk assessment again and implement dynamic management. We will conscientiously implement safety responsibilities, strengthen safety measures, strengthen personnel inspections and on-site management, and ensure that activities are carried out safely and orderly.
5. No illegal publicity is allowed, no event names are changed or organizers are added or deleted at will, and leading cadres are not invited to attend in violation of regulations.
6. It is not allowed to advertise, charge, apportion, sponsor or pass on expenses to subordinate units, enterprises and individuals on the grounds of holding activities. It is not allowed to use financial funds to invite various celebrities and stars, and it is not allowed to issue gifts, gifts, valuable souvenirs and various other activities. 7. Please report the content, scale, total cost and expenditure of the activity, as well as the self-inspection status of whether there are any violations of laws and disciplines to the provincial government within one month after the event, and send a copy to the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism.
