On December 28, the website of the Heilongjiang Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision reported that Kang Xiaofeng, the former Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Hegang Municipal People’s Congress, was suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervisory investigation.
