Recently, the Standing Committee of the 17th People's Congress of Xinxing County held its 13th meeting and reviewed and voted to pass relevant proposals, reports and personnel appointment and removal decisions. The meeting decided to appoint Lai Jianming as the deputy county magistrate and acting county magistrate of Xinxing County People's Government. Xiao Zhijian, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, presided over the meeting. After deliberation and voting, the meeting accepted Chen Zhejiang's resignation as county magistrate of Xinxing County People's Government and reported to Xinxing County People's Congress for filing; Lai Jianming was appointed as deputy county magistrate of Xinxing County People's Government and acting county magistrate. The
meeting also arranged for the proposed appointees to meet with the members of the county people's congress standing committee and voted to pass the relevant personnel appointment and removal.
Xiao Zhijian issued an appointment certificate to the appointees and presided over and supervised the oath ceremony of the new appointees to the Constitution.
Wang Zhihong, deputy county magistrate of Xinxing County and director of the county public security bureau, relevant officials from the county supervision committee, county court, county procuratorate, county government office, county finance bureau, county housing and construction bureau, county state-owned assets affairs center, municipal ecological environment bureau, and cadres at the deputy section or above of the county people's congress standing committee attended the meeting.
