To do a good job in 2023, Ren Weixu pointed out that first, the associations must strengthen liaison, complement each other's advantages and share resources, give full play to their respective strengths, jointly carry out activities, establish a new model of arts and arts and arts connected from top to bottom, form an overall synergy, and promote the prosperity and development of literary and artistic work in the county; second, in terms of association management, we must do a good job in establishing rules and regulations, member development, financial management, information reporting and other basic work; third, we must strongly recommend young people with dedication, literary and artistic talents, and management capabilities to participate in the management of various associations.
Li Wenzhong expressed his affirmation of the work of each association and responded to the opinions and suggestions put forward, emphasizing that the work of the association must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the "Articles of Association". He encouraged all associations to continue to focus on the center and serve the overall situation in the new year.
