December 4, 2022 is the ninth "National Constitution Day" and it also ushered in the fifth "Constitution Propaganda Week". In order to vigorously promote the spirit of the Constitution, the People's Court of Shancheng District, Hebi City recently carried out the "12.4" National Constitution Day concentrated publicity activities with the theme of "Studying, Publicizing and Implementing the Spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Promoting the Comprehensive Implementation of the Constitution".
shancheng District Court organized volunteers to take to the streets to carry out constitutional publicity activities, focusing on laws and regulations closely related to the interests of the masses, such as the Constitution, Civil Code, Law on the Protection of Minors, and Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests. The volunteers explained the close relationship between the Constitution and our lives to the people in the jurisdiction by hanging propaganda banners, interpreting the Constitution’s provisions on the spot, accepting public consultations, and distributing propaganda brochures, and patiently answering the questions raised by the people in the jurisdiction, creating a strong legal atmosphere of respecting, studying, abiding by, safeguarding, and applying the Constitution in all aspects. The constitutional publicity activities have achieved positive results, making the spirit of the Constitution deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
Next step, the Shancheng District Court will continue to carry out constitutional publicity activities, enrich publicity carriers, further promote the spirit of the Constitution, establish the authority of the Constitution, spread the concept of the rule of law, actively guide the people in the jurisdiction to consciously learn and use the law, integrate the spirit of the Constitution into daily life, and consciously be loyal advocates, conscious abides and firm defenders of the Constitution.
