The Working Committee of the Lishu County Directly Affiliated Organs of the Communist Party of China focuses on strengthening the construction and management of the party member team, implementing a classified management model for party members. According to the work and life reality of in-service party members, retired party members, weak and poor party members, and mobile party members, we innovate the methods of classified management of party members, focus on the sense of honor, participation, and belonging to help party members in the organs shoulder the banner of pioneers, continuously improve the scientific level of party member education and management, and further gather the cohesion of the party organization.
Focus on the central work and strive to enhance the "sense of honor". Lishu County-level organs have actively promoted the construction of the Jilin Party Branch Standard System (BTX) in the new era, implemented the special action of "Party Branch Brand Creation", and led the party members and cadres of the organs to show their identities, set an image and set an example in economic construction, rural revitalization, epidemic prevention and control and other work. A total of 184 party member pioneer posts were established, 199 party member responsibility areas were divided, and 115 party member assault teams were established, which inspired the sense of honor, mission and responsibility of the majority of party members, and activated the new momentum of "I do practical things for the masses." At the same time, the majority of party members were organized to actively participate in volunteer service activities such as creating a civilized city and health city. They organized six volunteer service activities, including "Creating the City to Protect Green", "Creating the City to Protect the Road", "Beautifying the Environment", and "Clearing Snow and Removing Ice", with a total of nearly 10,000 participants. The quality of square brick paving of 99,730 square meters of pedestrian trails was inspected on the spot, and 5,516 street green trees were steadily corrected, clearing small advertisements in the walls and corridors of 2,269 households of old community residents, and cleaning up nearly 40,000 snow and ice on extended-meter pedestrian roads, greatly broadening the effective channels for party members to serve the people.
Innovate activity carriers and vigorously enhance the "sense of participation". For three consecutive years, it has held cultural and sports activities with rich connotations such as county-level cadres and mass table tennis competitions, badminton competitions, basketball competitions, 1,000 people walking , anti-corruption calligraphy and painting exhibitions, knowledge competitions, speech competitions, debate competitions, etc. The Lishu County cadre and staff sports meeting was successfully held, and 59 county-level units representative teams and 1,036 athletes participated in the competition. This is also the largest and most participated sports event in the past decade. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party, a 100-person revolutionary song sing activity was held, with choruses, songs, sitcoms, and interactive mass singing activities as the main body, with nearly 2,000 participants, which effectively mobilized the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the majority of party members and cadres to participate in party building activities, played an inspiring and gathering force, and truly used the innovation of the activity carrier to effectively promote the steady improvement of participation.
Organize party member activists, probationary party members and young cadres to carry out the "Pursuit of the Light of Faith and Brave the Mission of Youth" party building and group building friendship activity. Organize in-service party members to carry out red party spirit education activities such as "building a solid spiritual foundation, strengthening cultural confidence" and "remembering revolutionary martyrs and inheriting the red gene". On major festivals such as the Spring Festival, July 1st, and National Day, activities were held to visit, comfort and care for retired and difficult party members. A commemorative medal ceremony was held to 730 old party members. Carry out school delivery activities for mobile party members. Organize probationary party members to go to the Second Academy of the Provincial Invalides to carry out the theme party day activity of "Celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party and Condolences to Honorary Soldiers".
