It is reported that criminal proceedings have been filed against criminal suspects who organize illegal crossing the border in accordance with Article 394 of the Kazakhstan Criminal Law.
In addition, according to Article 392 of the Kazakhstan Criminal Law (intentionally illegally crossing the borders of the Republic of Kazakhstan), the Uzbekistan citizens involved in the case are subject to a pre-trial investigation.
