Russia released its "unprecedented" surrender statement through diplomatic means, what happened. All the trump cards of politics, economy and strategy have all failed. Is Putin powerless?
Recently, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov , Vice Minister Liyabukov, and spokesperson Zakharova successively made hope to negotiate with the United States and the West. Among them, Liyabukov even released an unprecedented "softcome" statement, saying that negotiations can be conducted without any prerequisites.
This attitude is a huge difference compared to the previous attitude of Russia. But now Russia emphasizes that there are no prerequisites, in other words, all the above conditions are discussed. No matter what angle this looks at, it means that Russia has made great concessions and is an unprecedented statement of surrender. More importantly, Russia's decision will be devastating to its international image. Why? Everyone should know that Russia has previously determined that the four states have entered Russia's referendum, and has recognized that Zaporoze , Khlsson , Lugansk and Donetsk belong to Russia, but now it has expressed that there are sovereignty among the four places, which means that Russia may actually give up the four states, slap itself in the face, and only seek peace.
What made Russia make such an almost incredible statement? Either Russia is testing, or Russia's existing trump cards have all failed.
Around this Russian-Ukrainian conflict, Russian President Putin roughly conceived the following trump cards, first of which is the tactical trump card, that is, nuclear weapon ; secondly, the economic trump card, using natural gas to force NATO to bow to Russia; finally, the political trump card, using the referendum on four states to join Russia to replay the Crimea incident, in order to weaken Ukraine politically.

In other words, on the premise that all the above trump cards are invalid, Putin may actually have no other trump cards in his hand that can be used to fight against the West. Russia has lost this Russian-Ukrainian conflict. The Russian army withdrew from Khlsson on the 9th, which was an attempt to show good to the West. Putin was completely in a desperate situation.
