In accordance with the unified arrangement of Ankang Intermediate People's Court, the "Three Qin Hurricanes • 2022 Winter Concentrated Execution Action" of Hanyin County People's Court was officially launched at 8 am on November 1, 2022. With the order of Chen Zuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Court, 22 executive police officers and 5 police cars gathered in place and were dispatched quickly.
In order to ensure that the action achieves practical results, the Hanyin Court established a centralized special action work leading group, formulated an action plan in advance, and made detailed arrangements and deployments for this special action. The hospital has drawn elite forces to participate in this execution action, and at the same time, the execution equipment is fully equipped to ensure the smooth progress of the activity. In order to gain support and understanding from the people in the jurisdiction for this action, municipal and county people's congress deputies, CPPCC members, and media reporters were specially invited to supervise the action process, achieving good results.
A total of 13 typical cases were selected for centralized execution in this activity. A total of 2 houses were sealed, 3 large-scale machinery such as vehicles were seized, and 5 people subject to execution were detained. Two people subject to execution who refused to perform were detained. This concentrated execution action has concluded a total of 680,000 yuan in targets and 6 cases have been concluded.
Next step, Hanyin Court will face the challenges directly, carry forward the spirit of daring to fight and fighting tough battles, continue to strengthen execution measures, increase execution efforts, maintain a high-pressure situation for the execution of the "deadbeat", and ensure that the "Three Qin Hurricanes • Ankang Winter Concentrated Implementation Action" achieves practical results.
