Jilin actively participates in China's initiative and win-win development
As we all know, 2022 is the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Kyrgyzstan. After Kyrgyzstan declared independence in 1992, China recognized Kyrgyzstan as an independent country. Over the past 30 years, the two countries have been developing bilateral relations based on the principles of good neighborliness and friendship and win-win cooperation.
In 2001, Jilin and Russia, Kazakhstan , Tajikistan , Uzbekistan and China jointly established Shanghai Cooperation Organization , with its main goal being to solve border issues and maintain regional security. At present, the cooperation between the SCO member states has expanded to economic, trade, culture and humanitarian aspects, which are not only of regional significance, but also of global significance.
In addition to cooperation within the framework of the SCO, Kyrgyzstan is also actively participating in the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" project, which provides huge economic development opportunities for China and dozens of other participating countries.
In addition, the construction of -China-Jiji-Ukraine railway will enable Jiji to improve domestic transportation infrastructure and enhance transit transportation potential; it also gives Jiji a chance to obtain an outlet, and cheap railway transportation will help export goods to China and even further away regions.
China is the most important investor in Jilin . Projects such as the renovation of the New North-South Highway and Bishkek Municipal Road Network have been implemented by China Investment or grants. China is the world's second largest economy and an important strategic partner and neighboring country. In the difficult times of the world's economy, it is more important for our country than ever to continue to develop good-neighborly, friendly, mutually beneficial and win-win relations.
In addition, it is worth emphasizing that Jilin has always supported one-China principle on the Taiwan issue, and this position has never changed.
Kuramayev suggested:
1) One of the priority projects for developing economic relations with China is to establish trade and logistics centers in border areas. The project will provide opportunities for cross-border trade development and increase employment in the local population;
2) Lay Internet fiber from China to Kyrgyzstan to promote the digital development of Dynasties;
3) Given that Dynasties has relatively cheap power supply, it can introduce Chinese technology to build battery and charger manufacturers to develop industries such as new energy vehicles, which are currently developing very strongly in China;
4) The rapid growth of China's economy is due to the digitalization and transparency of tax policies. In China, due to the application of digital technology , cash is rarely used. Street merchants have their own payment QR codes, which effectively hits the shadow economy. Chinese companies can participate in the digital economy cooperation in Jilin.
