In order to further implement the special activities of cadre style construction of "three rectifications and two improvements", the Municipal Party Committee recently organized some groups to hold a special meeting on criticism and self-criticism of cadre style construction activities. At the meeting, cadres and staff focused on "unegoing thoughts, no innovation, irresponsible work, inaction, poor government orders, and non-implementation" and the eight types of cadre performances listed by Xu Zhongjian, Secretary of the Huaihua Municipal Party Committee, conducted self-criticism based on their own work reality, carefully analyzed them in accordance with their own shortcomings, and formulated targeted rectification measures and rectification time limits. Afterwards, with a highly responsible attitude towards colleagues, everyone sincerely pointed out the shortcomings of other comrades and the areas that need further improvement to ensure that the "three rectifications and two improvements" achieve tangible results.
