7. High-speed rail stations, highways, waterways and other entrances and exit areas should be carried out to measure temperature, scan codes, verify, and check nucleic acids; gradually restore the operation of public transportation, taxis and online car-hailing in urban areas in an orderly manner, and do not stop and get off passengers in high and medium-risk areas. 4. Pay attention to epidemic prevention and control in rural areas, make good use of the "one center, one network, ten households" mechanism, and implement information registration and control measures for overseas and medium- and high-risk areas to (return) Guizhou personnel. Give full play to the role of "sentinel points" such as hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, and strictly implement the first-diagnosis reporting system.
5. Strictly manage leaving and returning to Guixi. If you do not leave Qianxi unless necessary, and if you really need to leave Qianxi in special circumstances, you must apply to the community (village) strictly according to the procedures. You must hold a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours after leaving Qianxi.
