The case of " Hengli Town pioneered the new model of grassroots social governance "Yiqibei Bar" and explored the path of sustainable development of harmonious and good governance" was successfully selected into 100 "National Social Governance Innovation Cases (2022)" and is the only case of Dongguan City .
In recent years, Hengli Town has supported and cultivated "Yiqi Feiba" to fully play the role of a comprehensive service platform with diversified participation, and uses "Bean" as a medium to guide and drive more forces to intervene in social conflicts and conflicts with substantial actions, support social welfare services, and accurately respond to social needs, thereby effectively activate the "nerve endings" of grassroots social governance and explore a path of sustainable development of harmonious and good governance.
"Since 2017, Hengli Town has cultivated the 'Yiqibeiba-Political, Village and Enterprise Co-construction Project' through government-enterprise cooperation, and explored sustainable development paths with enterprises and rural areas." Lan Tianzhen, head of Hengli Social Governance Collaborative Innovation Center, introduced. "Yiqifei Bar" has worked together with the three parties of "government, village and enterprise", and the town government invested in the decoration. The village committee provided idle old houses and the enterprise provided raw materials, teachers and some equipment for co-construction. In this process, the village environment was systematically improved, and the village's idle resources were fully utilized, and the participation of grassroots social governance personnel was enhanced, and a group of community volunteers and grassroots governance backbones were cultivated.
2021, based on the sustainable development of "Yiqieba", Hengli Town further built a co-governance platform for village (community) public discussion, organically combines village issues and village services, so that the public welfare and civilization concept of co-construction, co-governance and sharing can enter the lives of the people, and comprehensively promote harmonious and good governance in rural areas. Through the high-quality creation of the "Yiqi Feiba" service brand, Hengli Town has explored governance projects and models such as party building leading civilization construction and rural revitalization, and thus formed a new trend of whole-region participation and harmonious and good governance.
Driven by the innovation of the "Yiqifeiba" project, Hengli Town has successfully explored and built a pattern of three main body building Yiqifeiba; at the same time, it has cooperated with multiple parties to enrich the form of volunteer participation in social governance and improved the incentive mechanism for community volunteer forces to participate in services; and promoted projects through different platforms and channels in China to attract teams to communicate and learn, promote project replication and promotion, and has initially formed the brand effect of co-construction and co-governance .
