The meeting studied the "Twelve Measures on Encouraging Cadres to Take Responsible Actions" issued by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee, "Comrade Sun Shaocheng's Speech when Listening to the Report on the Reform and Development of State-owned Enterprises" and "About Carrying out "Teaching Practice and Examination" for People's Police in Prison Drug Rehabilitation in the Region "Notice on Integrated Practical Training Activities" and other important contents, and then scheduled the implementation of annual standardized management activities in each prison area.
The meeting emphasized that first, we must further improve our political position and enhance our sense of responsibility and urgency. It is necessary to conscientiously implement the spirit of Secretary Sun Shaocheng’s recent speech, effectively implement the work arrangements and requirements of the Prison Administration Bureau, ensure that the ideological strings are not loosened, prevention efforts are not reduced, and the bottom line of safety is firmly maintained. Third, we must consolidate work responsibilities and improve work effectiveness. Strengthen organizational leadership, collaboration and cooperation, strictly implement the "One-day Work Code for Prison People's Police", and supervise and inspect the compliance with the "One-day Code of Conduct for Criminals".
