I am Chinese and have lived in Malaysia for many years. My wife is a Malaysian. We just bought a house in Kuala Lumpur. We plan to settle here after meeting my wife. The years spent here are generally considered comfortable and easy. Today I will tell you what Malaysia looks like in my eyes.

Most people in Malaysia don’t know much about Malaysia. I did the same before going abroad. I just probably know that the stars like Liang Jingru and Aniu are Malaysian Chinese. Knowing that some of the people in this country are Chinese-speaking Chinese, it’s a bit of intimacy. ! Later, because of my work, I, who had never been abroad, flew to this unfamiliar tropical country alone!
First talk about the environment! Malaysia’s natural environment is very good, with many forests and good air. Although there are dry and rainy seasons, the air is very moist even in the dry season. I like the rain in Malaysia. It comes quickly and goes quickly, giving people a hearty feeling of joy.

The weather here is good, and people usually sleep very late. Friends can make up for the barbecue beer stalls all over the street in summer in China, and you can probably imagine the night in Malaysia. Kuala Lumpur is a city that never sleeps. If you go to food stalls, food stalls and dessert shops at midnight, you may not be able to find a seat. A rich meal on the side of the road can probably offset your homesickness.
Most people here buy private cars. The cost of keeping a car is extremely low. Gasoline is not half the domestic price, and the oil is good. Driving in Kuala Lumpur is really comfortable. The quality of drivers is generally better than that of domestic drivers. Generally, the car will give way after the lights are on, and the wrong car will also give way after waving the hand. There is no special reason to seldom sound the horn, so driving here is really comfortable.

After working for a year, I met my current wife. She is a gentle and lively Malaysian girl. It is also because of the work relationship that we have been familiar with each other once and again. This is just an ordinary love story, without ups and downs but gentle and firm.
After we got married, we all wanted to buy a house in Kuala Lumpur and settle down. Of course, if we decide to return to China, I also plan to buy a house in Malaysia. In order to facilitate future vacations and travel, I can also invest in it.

We bought a house, which is about 62 square meters. The area here is a real practical area. There is no pool area. The total house price is about RMB 1.7 million. This price is insignificant compared to domestic first-tier cities. The location of the
house is very good, in the core area of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle. The landmark Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion Shopping Mall are within a few minutes’ walk. Moreover, there is a light rail station at the doorstep and a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient.

The supporting facilities are also very complete, including swimming pools, hot springs, gymnasiums, children's playgrounds, lawns, barbecue areas, coffee shops, yoga, etc., and they are freehold property rights, fully furnished and equipped, checked in with bags, no need to worry about decoration.

Kuala Lumpur's economic development and urban construction may not be as good as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen to some extent, but in terms of living comfort, it really far exceeds many cities in China.
First of all, the house price is cheap, the well-equipped apartments are roughly 1 to 2 million, the pressure of buying a house is small, and the pressure of life is also small. Compared with the tense rhythm of buying a house and getting married after graduating from many universities, life here is much more comfortable.

Secondly, Kuala Lumpur is a fully developed city, basically every area has shopping malls and restaurants. Although Malaysia encountered an economic crisis in the past few years, it has developed early after all, and its international connectivity is better than some Chinese cities. This is reflected in many details of life.
For example, when the first Mark&Spencer (Marks & Spencer) appeared in Beijing, this chain store had been in Malaysia for at least 15 years, and the price was also cheaper than Beijing.
Besides, the food is really delicious! There are also many choices. Needless to say, high-end restaurants, roadside stalls and food stalls have their own advantages. For a foodie, this is really a paradise for food. The weather is good, the sun can get in the sun every day, which is much better than the weather in Beijing~

Finally, we decided to settle in Kuala Lumpur because of the education and medical considerations of the children.
in Malaysia, EnglishIt is a common language. For children, they can master English very quickly. I found that some of the children of my friend’s family in Beijing learned English with a good accent, but most of them can only read and speak not fluently. This may be caused by the influence of the environment on the language. Malaysia is a suitable stepping stone for education. Once the foundation is laid, children can be sent to Europe and the United States for further studies.

Moreover, the dual courses in Kuala Lumpur are very popular, that is, the kind that you study in Kuala Lumpur for 1 year and then go abroad for 2 years. There are so many choices in the college.
Malaysia’s medical care is also commendable. I saw a report on "Scientific American" before, saying that Malaysia's medical standards and services ranked third in the global list, and the Asian region ranked first. Of course, in daily life, we have no idea about these rankings, but compared to seeing a doctor in China, it is indeed much more convenient in Malaysia!
usually has a cold and fever. We usually go to public hospitals to see it. The whole process only needs to pay the registration fee, usually 2 yuan (RMB). Of course, this benefit is for Malaysians, but if Foreigners who have the status of a second home can also enjoy the same treatment.

If you are seriously ill and require hospitalization or surgery, I suggest you go to a private hospital. The waiting time is short, the equipment and technology are relatively advanced, and the service attitude is better.
A few months ago, my friend’s child had a cough and fever. I accompanied them to a nearby private hospital. When I arrived, I asked the doctor if I wanted an injection. She said that our children generally don't get an injection. Finally, according to the baby's situation, choose to use a spray treatment to resolve phlegm, plus a bottle of cough medicine, a bottle of vomiting medicine, a bottle of runny nose medicine, and an oxygen mask for atomization (you can take it home to continue using), in total Spent 200 yuan (RMB). When taking the medicine, the nurse deliberately asked if there was any anti-fever medicine in the friend's house. When the friend said yes, she said that it was unnecessary.
Generally speaking, the hospitals here basically do not over-treat patients. Most of the medical services they provide are just right, and there will be no additional charges because you are a foreigner.
Another reason I like Malaysia is the atmosphere of life here. Malaysians are very kind. Those who haven't been there will make up for the street market atmosphere in Hong Kong drama, noisy but warm. This country is not a big place, but it accommodates multiple races from different cultural backgrounds. Openness and tolerance are naturally carved in the bones.

Of course, there is no perfect country in this world. Every country has its own problems and shortcomings, and every country has its own lovely places. Don’t be blind to others, and don’t blind your eyes. It’s best to choose the one that suits you. of. The advantages of
Malaysia are that it has a comfortable life, a beautiful environment, and advanced education and medical care. These are all things that I prefer at this stage. This varies from person to person and needs to be experienced by yourself. Z1z
