During the calibration process, the calibration personnel strictly followed the JJG52-2013 "Elastic Element Type General Pressure Gauge, Pressure Vacuum Gauge and Vacuum Gauge" calibration regulations on the appearance, indication error, return error, pointer deflection stability and other parameters of the pressure gauge. Test them one by one to ensure that their values are accurate and reliable. After the calibration is completed, a green certificate will be pasted on the pressure gauge that has passed the calibration and a calibration certificate will be issued; a red deactivation mark will be pasted on the pressure gauge that exceeds the allowable error and the company will be notified in a timely manner to prevent "work while sick" and eliminate safety hazards, adding a new layer to the company's production. Safety defense line, at the same time, the staff publicizes the relevant common sense of daily use, maintenance, calibration cycle and other aspects of pressure gauges to the relevant personnel of the enterprise's production safety. In the first half of the year, a total of 431 pressure gauges were inspected, with a pass rate of 94%.
