Therefore, while your dog brings you joy, please consciously do the following:
1. Consciously abide by the "Liaoning Province Dog Breeding Management Regulations" and the "Shenyang City Dog Breeding Management Regulations" and other relevant regulations, and take the initiative to handle the "Dog Breeding Management Regulations" Dog License", and at the same time go through the annual review of the "Dog Breeding License" on schedule, and are not allowed to keep dogs prohibited by law.
2. While caring for the health of your dog, you must be responsible for your own and the health of others. Inject your dog with rabies vaccinations and undergo physical examinations on a regular basis.
3. When you go out to walk your dog, you must hang a dog tag and put a leash on it in accordance with relevant regulations, and be led by a person with full capacity for civil conduct. Try to avoid close contact (1-2 meters) with children, the elderly, pregnant women, etc.
4. Manage your dog well to effectively avoid disturbing or injuring others. Actively take responsibility for bites or damage to public property caused by careless dog management.
5. Do not let your dog defecate anywhere in public places. Clean up the excrement promptly and dispose of it properly to maintain urban environmental hygiene.
6. Do not abandon or abuse your dog. If you no longer want to keep the dog, please find a new owner or send it to the Shenyang Dog Detention Center.
