On December 12, 2018, the award ceremony for the " Yellow River Three Gorges International Racing Pigeon One Loft 2018 First Competition" was held grandly at the Huanghe Pearl International Hotel in Yongjing County. Relevant county leaders, main responsible comrades of the Pigeon Association, and more than 800 pigeon fanciers from all over the country gathered in the beautiful riverside town of Liujiaxia to witness this grand ceremony.

At this event, Chen Keyi, deputy director of the Yellow River Three Gorges Scenic Area Management Committee and director of the County Tourism Bureau, delivered a speech; county tourism system staff promoted the tourism resources of the Three Gorges of the Yellow River; Li Shiping, chairman of the Three Gorges International Tentacles, delivered a speech and introduced the corporate culture; Wang Huanzhong, chairman of the Gansu Racing Pigeon Association, delivered a speech and introduced the competition process and the significance of the event. This award event lasted for two days. At the award ceremony on December 12, 70 contestants won awards in different stages, with a total bonus of 6.8 million yuan distributed. The racing pigeons were displayed and auctioned on the 13th. At the auction, all 500 racing pigeons were sold.

The participating pigeons were released from the cage in Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia at 8:26 on November 27, with a distance of 500 kilometers, and returned to the Three Gorges One-Pop in Yongjing. Based on the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, the top ten in the 180 km warm-up race, the top ten in the 280 km preliminaries, the top ten in the 500 km final small group, the top ten in the 500 km final large group, the top ten ace pigeons in the three levels, the top ten in the 560 km extra race, and the top ten in the 500 km final.

3 At 9:00 a.m. on the 113th, the racing pigeon display and final auction will begin. The final champion pigeon will cost 45,000 yuan; the runner-up pigeon will cost 20,000 yuan; and the third-place pigeon will cost 35,000 yuan. The first place ace pigeon went for 70,000 yuan; the second place ace pigeon was particularly popular, soaring all the way, and was finally auctioned off for 200,000 yuan.
