Bodhisattva Online Taiwan News 2020 International Youth Huayan Forum invites master's and doctoral students from colleges and universities or Buddhist institutes who have graduated or are studying and specialize in the field of Huayan to publish papers. The specific call for papers is as follows:
1. Conference name : 2020 International Youth Forum on Huayan Studies
2. Conference Purpose : With the theme of "Huayan Studies", master's and doctoral students from colleges and universities or Buddhist institutes who have graduated or are studying and specializing in the field of Huayan are invited to publish papers. Through seminars, we promote the academic exchange and promotion of Huayan studies, improve the quality of Huayan studies, and cultivate more Huayan scholars.
3. Sponsor : International Huayan Research Center of Huayan College
Co-organizers : Taipei Buddhist Association, International Young Huayan Scholars Association
4. Meeting date : December 5 (Saturday) to December 6 (Sunday), 2020
5. Meeting location : Section 2, Jinan Road, Taipei City 44 Lecture Hall on the 4th floor of Huayan Lotus Society
6. Application qualifications
Graduate students: Graduate students under the age of 45 in colleges and universities and Buddhist colleges.
Graduated graduate students: Graduated graduate students from colleges and universities and Buddhist colleges under the age of 45.
The International Huayan Research Center reserves some publication quotas for Huayan Lotus Society Zhao Cixiao Scholarship recipients.

8. Various fees for thesis publication
Current graduate students: receive Cixiao Scholarship, NT$20,000 for doctoral students, NT$15,000 for master's students.
Graduated graduate students: The application fee is NT$6,000.
Overseas young scholars whose submissions are accepted will be fully subsidized with economy class round-trip air tickets, food, accommodation and hospitality.
9. Call for Papers Method
(1) Deadline and Result Announcement: The deadline for papers is August 10, 2020. After review, the review results will be announced on September 1.
When submitting your paper, please fill in the "2020 International Young Huayan Scholars Forum Submission Information Form", along with the full text WORD file and PDF file, and send an email to: huayenyoung@huayen.org.tw before the above deadline.

(2) Graduated graduate students please attach a recommendation letter from your supervisor.
10. Notes on papers
(1) Papers are limited to those that have not been published or have not been officially published.
(2) The total text length should be between 8,000 and 20,000 words (including appendices and footnotes).
(3) All conference papers should be printed in black and white. Colored text is not allowed.
(4) Paper publishers please provide a copy of WORD file and PDF file. For special fonts, please attach a font file.
(5) The copyright of the publisher's paper belongs to the organizer (an authorization letter must be signed). After the seminar, it will be published according to the organizer's plan. Accepted applicants must revise their papers after the conference and submit the revised WORD and PDF files before January 31, 2021.
