■ About nucleic acid testing
The testing strategy has been adjusted to "willing to test all tests"; nucleic acid screening for all employees will no longer be carried out.
Carry out antigen or nucleic acid testing for outpatient and emergency patients with fever and respiratory tract infection symptoms admitted to medical institutions, inpatients with high risk of severe illness, and symptomatic medical staff.
During the epidemic, antigen or nucleic acid testing should be carried out regularly for staff and care recipients in places where vulnerable groups gather, such as nursing homes and social welfare institutions.
For community residents aged 65 and above, long-term hemodialysis patients, patients with severe diabetes and other community residents at high risk of severe illness, as well as infants and young children aged 3 and under, timely guidance is provided to carry out antigen testing after symptoms such as fever occur, or to conduct nucleic acid testing at convenient nucleic acid testing points set up in the community.
When outsiders enter places where vulnerable groups gather, etc., they must check the negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and carry out on-site antigen testing.
Reserve enough convenient nucleic acid testing points in the community to ensure residents' "willingness to get tested" needs.

■ Regarding the hierarchical treatment of patients
asymptomatic infections without serious underlying diseases and mild cases, self-care should be taken at home.
Ordinary cases, elderly patients with serious underlying diseases but stable asymptomatic infections, and mild cases are treated in designated hospitals in Asia.
Severe and critical cases with pneumonia as the main manifestations, as well as cases requiring hemodialysis, will be treated intensively in designated hospitals.
Severe and critical cases with basic diseases, as well as those whose basic diseases exceed the medical treatment capabilities of primary medical and health institutions and designated hospitals, shall be treated in tertiary hospitals .
■About entry and exit
In accordance with the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law, quarantine infectious disease management measures will no longer be implemented for entry personnel and goods.
Personnel coming to China must undergo a nucleic acid test 48 hours before departure. Those with negative results can come to China without applying for a health code from our embassy or consulate abroad. The results must be filled in the customs health declaration card. If they are positive, the relevant personnel should wait until they turn negative before coming to China.
Cancel the nucleic acid testing and centralized isolation of all employees after entry. Those whose health declaration is normal and there are no abnormalities in routine quarantine at customs ports can be released into the public.
Cancel the "Five Ones" and passenger load factor restrictions and other international passenger flight quantity control measures. All airlines continue to take epidemic prevention measures on board, and passengers are required to wear masks when boarding.
further optimizes the arrangements for foreigners coming to China for resumption of work and production, business, study abroad, family visits, reunions, etc., and provides corresponding visa convenience.
