original wine was distilled from Glenwit on January 14, 1943, and was ripe in Shirley Pig Head Bucket with an alcohol content of 49.1% abv. Gordon McFair bottled, part of the Private Collection Ultra series, which also includes Lincoln Wood’s 60 years distilled in 1956, and Sister Barrel Langmo’s 57 years distilled in 1961.

This is the second McAllen Whiskey from The Red Collection series on this year, which represents the natural red of McAllen’s body, and the story of founder Alexander Reed (the Scottish surname Reed means “red”), as well as a tribute to the red ribbons tied around the vintage McAllen bottles in the early 20th century.

This model was first released in 2014 and is limited to 400 bottles. The bottle design is inspired by the Easter Elchies House in McAllen's Home, and you can see that Captain John Grant's first letter is in the middle of the bottle, and the carving imitates the stele-like technique. The bottle body represents the walls of the manor building, and the bottleneck pays tribute to the stepped gables standing with chimneys.

raw wine was distilled in 1970 with an alcohol content of 48% abv. It was matured in the United States oak barrel , with a wine age of 51 years. The barrel was stored in Bowmore® No. 1 Vaults. The warehouse is below sea level. It has the aroma of fresh fruit, stewed white peach, menthol , eucalyptus , peat smoke, cedar, caramel, woody, and has the taste of fruit, spice, tobacco, soil, and walnuts.

This is the oldest Japanese single malt whiskey currently, matured from 1960 Mizunara wine barrels and white oak barrels. The wine bottle adopts traditional Japanese Makie technology, sprinkling gold powder on lacquerware to decorate the carved "55", and is tied with handmade Echizen Waka paper, tied with Kyo-kumihimo traditional Kyoto craft, and then put into a display box made of Japanese local mizuna wood.
This model has a total of 200 bottles. The first 100 bottles were sold in the 2020 lottery and the bottles were engraved with the winner's name. The remaining 100 bottles will be released globally in 2021.

Fine & Rare series was launched in 2002, representing McAllen's best vintage whiskey. This bottle was a little later in 1926. Since there were only 12 bottles left, the distillery wanted to provide this to special customers at the beginning.
This McAllen is the only whiskey priced in 2021 and set a new auction record in the $10 million Perfect Collection auction, with a winning bid of 31% higher than the highest single bottle auction in 2020 but has not set a new world record.
