Fuzhou Changle District, the first public sale auction for construction tuff (machine sand) mining rights in 2020 was successfully sold at Changle District Public Resources Trading Service Center, and
successfully concluded at 10:40.
The mining rights auction allowed the mining area to reach 0.1623Km², with a transaction volume of up to 152 million yuan.
This mining rights auction number is Changmin 2020 auction No. 01, with a starting price of 20 million yuan. After 112 rounds of fierce bidding, the bidder No. 19 (Fuzhou Lefeng Building Materials Co., Ltd.) was finally won by 152 million yuan, with a premium of 132 million yuan, and a premium rate of 660%.
Construction tuff ore (for machine sand) in Langfeng Mine District, Changle District, Fuzhou City is located in Langfeng Village, Yutian Town, Changle District, Fuzhou City. The mining area is located in the direction of 235° southwest of Chengguan, Changle District, with a direct distance of about 8.8km. The administrative division is under the jurisdiction of Langfeng Village, Yutian Town, Changle District. Geographical coordinates: 119°26′33.24″—119°26′59.50″, 25°54′14.10″—25°54′27.40″. The mining area is irregular polygonal, with a length of about 710m near east and west and a width of about 55-407m near north and south. The Fujian Provincial Geological Surveying and Mapping Institute has been entrusted to conduct a geological census, and submitted the "Geological Report on the Construction Tuff Mine Census in Langfeng Mine Area, Changle District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province" and other relevant materials, and passed the review and certification of the Fujian Provincial Land and Resources Assessment Center (Fujian Land and Resources Reserve Review No. [2020] No. 17) and the Fujian Provincial Department of Natural Resources (Fujian Natural Resources Reserve Review No. [2020] No. 17). The mining species are tuff used for construction, and the mining method is open-pit mining, with a mining area of 0.1623Km2; the mining elevation is 35 m to 163m; the inferred internal economic resources (333) is 5.5184 million m3, the mining period is 10 years (including one-year infrastructure period), and the designed mining scale is 600,000 m3/year.
The entire auction process is strictly implemented in accordance with the "Mining Rights Trading Rules" and the "Fujian Province Mining Rights Bidding Auction and Listing and Transfer Management Measures", reflecting the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and giving full play to the allocation role of the public resource trading market.
