In order to effectively implement the spirit of the city's safety work conference and important instructions from provincial, municipal and district leaders on safety work, on August 15, Li Xiaoping, Vice Chairman of the District CPPCC and Director of the Urban Construction Bureau, led a team to inspect the special action of "removing hidden dangers, preventing accidents, and ensuring safety" in the construction project under construction in New Taipei District and the prevention and control of dust pollution at the construction site.
Inspection team took the method of listening to reports and on-site inspection to understand in detail the implementation of the safety responsibility system of the inspected projects, the implementation of various safety measures such as hidden danger investigation and dust prevention and control. should further urge enterprises to truly implement the main responsibility of "one must be five in place" for production safety.
All project departments should earnestly implement anti-heat and cooling measures during high temperatures. In view of the characteristics of high temperature weather in summer (35℃), we will further improve the summer construction safety work system and effectively implement anti-heat and cooling measures.
Strengthen the safety control of "hazardous projects". When implementing dangerous projects, we must highlight key points and adhere to the strict control measures of the "five links".
Take good care of the prevention of falling accidents at high places.
Strictly implement safety measures during rainy flood seasons.
Do not relax and do a good job in fire safety guarantee measures on construction sites.
In response to the current dust prevention and control requirements, Deputy Director Mo Jianwen emphasized that all projects under construction must strictly implement various measures for dust control on construction sites, and require "six 100%": is the site closed construction, vehicle flushing, exposed material covering, earth wet operation, closed material transportation, and 100% flushing of vehicles entering and leaving.
