: Doing B-ultrasound examinations in the hospital generally require an appointment in advance. But what if you forget the appointment or inspection form? Do you have to go home to pick up the order?
The answer is: no
Based on my experience at Guang'anmen Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in January 2021, I will tell you that if you carry a social security card or mobile phone with you, you don't have to go home to get the original order.
Take carrying a social security card as an example (if you don’t have a social security card, you can now use the electronic social security card on your mobile phone).
First , fill in the checklist. When you go to your outpatient clinic, please ask any doctor to get a check-up form for you on the same day, which is now available on the computer. Note that you must accurately state the date you visited the clinic and the name of the outpatient doctor.
followed by , and make up for the check reservation. Take the checklist that the doctor helped to make, and go to the B-ultrasound examination appointment office and ask the appointment staff to help make the reservation.
Hand again , print the payment form and invoice. Use the social security card to print the payment voucher and invoice on the self-service invoice printer. You can also go to the window to ask the staff to print it.
Finally , go to the ultrasound room to wait for inspection. Take the checklist, appointment form, and payment form (invoice) you have made, report to the B-ultrasound inspection office, and wait for the inspection to be arranged.
