As Hangzhou's future community construction enters a new stage of quality improvement and expansion, with the strong support of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the "Provincial Future Community Investment, Construction, Management and Operation Integration Advanced Training Class" organized and hosted by Zhejiang University of Technology China Housing and Real Estate Research Institute and the Better Life Research Institute was successfully held in Hangzhou.
This advanced research class gathers Yu Xiaofen, vice president, professor, doctoral supervisor, dean of the China Institute of Housing and Real Estate and the Institute of Better Life, Gao Song, deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Architectural Design Institute and head of the Future Community Technology and Standards Group of the Special Team for the Improvement and Improvement of Urban and Rural Styles, Zhang Lin, secretary of the Party Branch and vice president of the School of Continuing Education of Zhejiang University of Technology, and other government leaders and university scholars, as well as representatives of Greentown Service and Sunac Service, to conduct multi-dimensional analysis on future community construction models and problems faced, ideas for the integration of investment, construction, management and operation, smart management systems, etc., providing valuable theoretical and practical experience for the promotion of future community construction in various places.
