Bai Bowen, former principal of the Gaoshang Shang in Nantou, Taiwan, was inspired by the master of Chinese painting, Lu Foting, and was elegant in painting. He painted all the mountains, rivers and scenery he saw through the north and south of the Yangtze River, including 7 5-meter long silk paintings such as "The Beauty of Huangshan", "The Yangtze River Map", and "Treasure Island Changchun", all of which were presented in the Mishou calligraphy and painting exhibition.

Bai Bowen, who was 88 years old, was studying at Taichung Normal University. He followed the teacher's instructions and since then he spared no effort to promote aesthetics in the education industry. His creative path was also inspired by his mentor, recording the scenery of his hometown in Taiwan and depicting the magnificent mountains and rivers of the mainland.
