Online registration registration
Students who meet the registration requirements should log in to the registration system of our school’s enrollment website http://zs.sustech.edu.cn/, fill in the relevant content truthfully according to relevant requirements, and register online.

Upload registration information
After completing online registration, students must fill in and prepare the following materials as required, scan or take a photo and submit it through our school’s online registration system, and ensure that the uploaded files are clear and readable.
1. "Student Registration Application Form".
2. A personal statement written by me (telling about my resume, interests, hobbies, ideals, etc.), can be written by hand or printed and signed, with a word count of about 800 words.
3. The final exam results for the first to third grades of high school, the high school academic achievement test score, and the senior high school last 2-3 mock exam results (including scores, total scores and grade rankings for each subject, and the full scores for each subject are indicated).
4. Obtained the certificate of the third prize (inclusive) or above for the mathematics, physics, and chemistry of middle school students (not required).
5. Other award certificates and materials that prove their own characteristics and expertise.

Our school’s 2020 undergraduate enrollment will continue to adopt a comprehensive evaluation and admission model based on the college entrance examination, and establish a comprehensive evaluation and admission system based on students’ college entrance examination scores, high school academic performance and college independent test scores. The specific selection procedures are as follows:

Initial evaluation
Our school organized an expert group to review the registration materials of candidates, complete the review in mid-to-late June 2020, and publicly announce the list of candidates who passed the initial evaluation.

Ability test (machine test)
Candidates who pass the initial evaluation have obtained the machine test qualification of our school’s independent ability test. Our school will hold a national unified machine test in mid-July 2020. There will be a machine test site in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) that hold the machine test, and the specific time and location of the machine test will be announced through the enrollment website.

Ability Test (Interview) After the
machine test is over, our school will publicize the list of candidates who have obtained the interview qualification through the admissions website, and hold interviews in each province (autonomous region, municipality) in mid-to-late July 2020.

Sports subject test
We proofread the candidates who have obtained the comprehensive evaluation interview qualification for physical education subject test. In principle, the test will be conducted simultaneously with the interview, and the specific arrangements will be notified separately. The test results will be used as an important reference for admission.

Excellent Policy
Candidates who participated in the National Finals of the Olympic Competition for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry of Middle School Students and won the second prize (inclusive) or above and applied for the comprehensive evaluation of our school online to apply for the 2020 college entrance examination (Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, and Shandong candidates must take the physics exam, the same below) for the first batch of undergraduate minimum control score lines (or first-line, high-score priority filing line) for undergraduates (or first-segment line, priority filing line for high-scores) et al.), the ability test can be up to 30 points, and is included in the comprehensive score; candidates who participate in the national finals of the Olympic Competition in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry of middle school students, or who participate in the national finals of the Olympic Competition in Biology and Information Science and Technology of middle school students, and who have won the second prize (inclusive) or above, and who have applied for the comprehensive evaluation of our school online, will participate in the 2020 college entrance examination to reach the provincial minimum control score line for the first batch of undergraduate science undergraduates, and will be assessed by our school’s expert group. Those who pass the assessment can be up to 30 points, and are included in the comprehensive score.
Application Instructions
- Candidates who have obtained comprehensive evaluation admission qualifications must meet the provincial minimum control scores for the first batch of undergraduate students.
- Candidates applying for our school must participate in the ability test organized by our school. They must fill in the first choice for our school in the early batch of college entrance examinations or the corresponding batch of comprehensive evaluation pilot universities (the Provincial Admissions Office application file shall prevail).
- is admitted based on the candidate's comprehensive scores. The college entrance examination scores (converted into a percentage system) account for 60% of the comprehensive scores, the ability test scores organized by our school account for 30% (25% of the computer test, 5% of the interview), and the high school academic scores account for 10% (3% of the comprehensive quality and 7% of the high school academic achievement test scores). The full score of the candidates' comprehensive score is 100 points. If the comprehensive scores are the same, those with higher scores in the college entrance examination will be given priority; if the comprehensive scores and college entrance examination results are the same, those with higher scores in our school's ability test will be given priority.
Appendix
- The comprehensive evaluation and enrollment matters carried out by our school in Shanghai and Zhejiang shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and our school, in accordance with the admission brochure formulated separately.
- Our school’s enrollment work is subject to full supervision by discipline inspection and supervision departments at all levels, and is also subject to supervision by candidates, parents and all sectors of society.
- candidate application materials should be clear, true and complete. If there is false content in the application materials or major facts that may have adverse effects on the examination, once verified, it will be determined that it is cheated in the national education examination in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, our school will cancel its relevant enrollment qualifications and inform the relevant provincial enrollment examination institutions or education administrative departments for further processing; if it has been admitted, it will be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and our school. Middle schools and recommenders shall carefully verify the materials issued. If there is any fraud, our school reserves the right to take relevant measures.
- Our school does not hold any kind of tutoring classes nor cooperates with any individual or intermediary organization to hold any form of tutoring classes. Our school is subject to the announcement of the admissions website on the official admissions WeChat groups, QQ groups and other consulting platforms of each province (autonomous regions and municipalities), or consult the local admissions contact person (see http://zs.sustech.edu.cn/lianxi/ for details).
- Our school’s comprehensive evaluation enrollment and testing does not charge any fees. If candidates have difficulty taking the test due to family financial reasons, they can apply for funding from our school.
