"2021 Changchun Marathon" is scheduled to be held in Changchun City on May 30, 2021. This competition is the largest and highest-standard sports event in our city. With the approval of the Changchun Municipal People's Government, temporary traffic control measures were taken on some areas and streets on May 30, 2021. The following notice is hereby announced:

1 Competition route

Liberation Road (starting point of Changchun Sports Center)-Xinmin Square-Yan'an Street-Nanhu Square-Nanhu Road-Renren's Street -Satellite Square-Renren's Street-Ulsan Road (Silicon Valley Street-Chuangxin Road Return-Silicon Valley Street)-Xingshun Road-Dongfeng Street-Off-Road-Chuangye Street-Zhengyang Square-Zhengyang Street-Jingyang Square-Zhengyang Street-Xi'an Square-Xi'an Road-People's Street (return)-Liberation Road (end point of Changchun Sports Center).

3 Traffic control measures

1. Vehicles (motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles) and pedestrians are prohibited from passing or crossing in the track.

2. Vehicles are prohibited from parking on both sides of the track and on the sidewalks.

3. Private cars are prohibited from passing through the traffic control area (excluding routes in the enclosed area).

4. Vehicles passing through the overpass of Silicon Valley Street are prohibited from entering Silicon Valley Street , and can drive normally towards Chaoda Road and Overpass Street.

5. Hazardous chemical transport vehicles are prohibited from passing through the city.

6. Vehicles with passes need to pass through at staggered times according to regulations.

5 Related requirements

1. During the period of traffic control, citizens are asked to arrange their travel time and route reasonably, consciously choose public transportation and walking methods to travel, reduce unnecessary motor vehicle travel, alleviate traffic pressure, and maintain the city's image.

2. During the period of traffic control, if the provisions of this notice are violated, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall be punished according to the law in accordance with the " Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and the " Changchun Road Traffic Safety Management Regulations ". Vehicles that illegal parking affects the normal progress of the race will be towed according to law.
