In the face of evidence, Guo confessed to the fact that he still purchased more than 70 tons of cement from six drivers including Guo's house and Ge. At present, driver Guo Moufang (45 years old, from Anhui), Tao Mou (53 years old, from Xiaoshan ) and the buyer Guo Mou (37 years old, from Yuhang) were all criminally detained by Xiaoshan police in accordance with the law. Four drivers including Fang Mougui and Ge Mou who had fled to their hometown were also persuaded by the police to return to Xiaoshan and surrender.
