Li Baisong said that according to the requirements of the ninth edition of the prevention and control plan, after an epidemic occurs in a certain area, based on the risk analysis and judgment, if a high-risk area is designated and the place of residence is located, it must be controlled for 7 days according to the relevant requirements of the management of the high-risk area. After the nucleic acid test for with the corresponding frequency in the early stage, if no new infections are added for 7 consecutive days, and all personnel in the risk area complete one round of nucleic acid testing on the 7th day, and the results are negative, then the high-risk area can be reduced to the medium-risk area; after being reduced to the medium-risk area, the control will be carried out for 3 days according to the relevant requirements of the management of the medium-risk area. If no new infections are added for 3 consecutive days, it will be reduced to the low-risk area. There are 10 days of control before and after.
If a certain place defines a medium-risk area, such as a workplace and a frequent active place, after the corresponding frequency of nucleic acid tests in the early stage, if there are no new infections for 7 consecutive days, and all personnel in the risk area on the 7th day complete one round of nucleic acid testing, and the results are negative, then the medium-risk area will be reduced to a low-risk area. The control time is 7 days in total.
However, if a new infection occurs during the control period, the control time will be recalculated based on the risk analysis results. Because new infections appear in medium and high-risk areas, it means that under the existing discovery method, close contacts may not be found or new transmission chains have not been found, there are loopholes and there is a risk of spread.
After an epidemic occurs or suspected epidemic in a certain area, especially in the early stages of the outbreak, when the source of the infection is still unclear and the risk of community transmission is still uncertain, in order to prevent the spread of the epidemic as soon as possible, the relevant districts and counties will take temporary control measures for relevant places based on the comprehensive analysis and judgment results, and dynamically adjust the scope of temporary control according to changes in the epidemic development situation and announce it to the public.
After all medium and high-risk areas and temporary control areas are lifted, after analysis and judgment, the corresponding areas will implement normalized prevention and control measures.
