All localities should promptly grasp the reporting information and strengthen contacts, and implement control measures for people entering (returning) Hunan in accordance with the requirements of the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)".
2. people entering (returning) Hunan must enter Hunan with a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate. will be subject to 2 inspections for 3 days after entering (returning) Hunan. 3. People entering (returning) Hunan from areas with high spillover risk do not participate in gathering activities before completing the three-day and two inspections, and do not enter public places with dense crowds, and avoid taking public transportation . People entering (returning) Hunan from areas without community transmission shall not enter public places with crowded populations unless necessary before completing the three-day inspection, and avoid taking public transportation. In principle, they shall not participate in gathering activities.
4. People entering (returning) Hunan in high-risk areas in China underwent 7 days of centralized isolation and medical observation; conducts nucleic acid tests on each day, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days. 7. People entering (returning) Hunan in other low-risk areas except the above-mentioned areas should complete nucleic acid tests within 3 days and perform health monitoring.
