" three-layer 200-liter flexible double-station fully automatic production line ", adopts pipe blank movement technology, the blank is easily moved, high accuracy, and more energy consumption is saved. The three-layer direct extrusion die head is equipped with radial and axial bidirectional parison control technology to fully ensure the uniformity of the upper and lower wall thickness of the product and reduce excess material as much as possible, thereby reducing plastic waste and improving efficiency. The left and right double stations alternately form, and the forming efficiency has reached 50-60 barrels/hour (1200-1440 pieces/day) . The opening and closing die system adopts a pull-out self-locking mechanism, which is energy-saving, flexible in action, and fully automatic production. After truly achieving unmanned operation and production conditions, the entrepreneurs were amazed after watching the operation, and said that they finally saw the first domestic fully automatic dual-station 200L model.

According to actual tests, the energy consumption of the production line is about 4.25 kWh/barrel, while the current mainstream domestic production energy consumption is about 7 kWh/barrel.
