distribution box and distribution cabinet , distribution board , power distribution box, etc. are complete devices that centrally install switches, instruments and other equipment.
commonly used distribution boxes are made of wooden and iron plates. Nowadays, the electricity consumption is quite high, so iron is used more often.
As for its purpose: of course it is to facilitate power outage and power transmission, and it plays a role in measuring and judging power outage and power transmission.
Let’s briefly introduce the wiring diagram of the distribution box and the distribution box system diagram.
(1) Distribution box wiring diagram
Home Distribution box wiring diagram is also essential when installing. The editor has specially prepared several very detailed wiring diagrams for everyone.

When we usually see multiple households using electricity, most of them are sent out from a distribution cabinet. This is the simple wiring diagram.

(2) Installation method for household distribution box
1. When installing power distribution box on the wall, it should be fixed with open foot bolts ( expansion tube bolts). The length of the bolt is generally the buried depth (75~150mm), the thickness of the box bottom plate, the sum of the thickness of the nut and washer, plus the "outlet margin" of about 5mm. For smaller distribution boxes, wooden bricks can also be buried at the installation site (buried according to the location of the four corners of the distribution box or distribution board ), and then use wooden screws to fix the distribution box or distribution board at the wooden brick.
2. The power distribution box is embedded in the wall to install. When building the wall, the holes reserved should be about 20mm larger than the length and width of the power distribution box. The reserved depth is the thickness of the power distribution box plus the thickness of the plastering in the hole. When burying the distribution box, concrete is filled between the box and the wall to fix the box
3. The distribution box should be installed firmly, horizontally and vertically, and the vertical deviation should not be greater than 3mm; when concealed, there should be no gaps around the distribution box, and the edges of the panels should be close to the wall, and the contact parts of the box and the buildings and structures should be coated with anticorrosion paint.
4. The power cord of the spiral fuse installed in the distribution box should be connected to the terminal of the intermediate contact, and the load cord should be connected to the terminal of the thread. In this way, there will be no electric shock when loading and unloading the melt core. The porcelain plug-in fuse should be installed vertically.
5. The power supply of AC, DC or different voltage levels in the distribution box should have obvious signs. In the lighting distribution box , the bus bar of the neutral wire (N wire) and the protective neutral wire (PE wire ) should be set respectively. The neutral wire and the protective neutral wire should be connected on the bus bar and must not be twisted and should be numbered.
6. When the wire is led out of the panel, the panel wire holes should be smooth and without burrs, and an insulating protective sleeve should be installed on the metal panel. The metal shell distribution box housing must be reliably grounded (zeroed).
(3) Secondary wiring of the distribution box
Secondary wiring of the distribution box should be from terminal strip . First of all, the components should be divided into one channel, which mainly meets the horizontal, vertical and beautiful views. From the terminal strip, we will meet a component and divide the wires and embed the wires at the same time. After the wiring is divided, the wiring will be completed according to the wiring diagram.
(distribution box schematic diagram)
Secondary wiring is actually the control line, the primary wiring is the main circuit, and the function of the secondary wiring is to control the working state of the main circuit, such as on, off, delay, etc.
secondary components mainly include:
A microcomputer protection device (used for protection main circuit, functions include quick interruption, overcurrent, differential, low-cycle load reduction, grounding protection, and many types of protection depending on the type of load).
B control device (so the name means: for operating the circuit breaker to close and open the gate, and for viewing the status of the primary components in the cabinet).
C dot display (for dot indication).
D multifunctional electric meter (see active, reactive, voltage, current, etc.). Auxiliary components such as
E relays.
(4) Summary
Home electricity consumption is part of our need to carefully and strictly control the circuit. The installation of the circuit is safe and perfect, so that it can be used with peace of mind in future life and eliminate safety hazards in the home.
