The "Legister of the DPP" suggested that the monument be built and it was built near its constituency. Due to the public anger, the DPP authorities did not dare to act rashly. However, the authorities launched a scheduling in major disasters but lacked a complete plan for Zhou Yan's use, and their bad habits have not been changed. After this "city-city" fire, the Kaohsiung Municipal Government re-used the same trick and asked the people to donate.
