You can choose Chinese or English (English) based on your personal actual situation to check your vaccination records on the corresponding interface.
Open the Health Kit mini program and select Simplified Chinese. Click the "Health Service Appointment Inquiry" button to enter the health service nucleic acid and vaccine page. Click the "Vaccination" button and go to the "Vaccination" page to view your current vaccination record. Status 1: "No Inoculation History" status. Status 2: The application has been submitted through the relevant organizational unit, and the vaccination has not yet begun, prompting the status of "Having Applied for and Yet to Receive Vaccination". Status 3: The first dose of vaccination has been completed, indicating the status of "First Dose Administered". Status 4: The first and second doses of vaccination have been completed, indicating the status of "Immunization Series Completed".
