3 In March, herdsmen in Dorat Township, Tori County transferred from "winter nest" to spring pastures. From March 22 to 25, the continuous snowstorm caused deep snow in the mountainous areas of Tori County, with winds reaching level 7-8. Affected by the bad weather, the transition road was extremely difficult.
After receiving the call, Murakami immediately discussed the rescue plan and decided that the village committee director, Ganati Tirubek, and police officer Sarnati Toresh, led villagers familiar with the pastoral environment to search first.

Village director Ganati Tirubuick launched a rescue call in the villagers' WeChat group, and selected two villagers who were familiar with the terrain and had good physical fitness from those who actively signed up. At 3:13 am on March 23, the group rode their horses to set out first and went to rescue.
Due to the limited manpower and material resources of the village committee, Ganati Tirubuick explained some of the current difficulties in the villagers' WeChat group. As soon as the information was sent, the villagers responded actively and jointly made suggestions.
"We can't go to the mountains to rescue, but we can donate money." The women and comrades in Baitingqi Village donated generously, and in an instant, a "red envelope rain" broke out in the WeChat group. Everyone donated a total of 6,100 yuan to refuel the rescue workers' vehicles and purchase dry food.

Around 9:00 and 10:00 on March 23, two groups of rescue forces set out to search with the raised rescue materials.
The wind and snow were mixed on the way, the temperature dropped to more than minus 20 degrees Celsius, the visibility was less than 20 meters, and " wind blowing snow " appeared in many areas, so I couldn't see the road clearly. Sometimes the car fell into a snow nest, and sometimes the horse was tripped, and it was very difficult to walk.

If the car cannot walk, just ride a horse. If the horse cannot ride, just walk. I’m hungry and drink some iced yogurt when I’m thirsty. When I was tired, I took turns to snatching my stool in the car for a while... Everyone had only one thought in their minds, which was to quickly find the lost herder.

Hard work pays off. After 36 hours of search, at 11:18 on March 24, rescuers finally found two herders.
At that time, the two were curled up together and their bodies were frozen. The rescuers quickly helped the two into the car and brought food and water.
It turned out that the two were lost in the blizzard, hungry and cold for three days and three nights, and it was difficult to survive by eating snow alone. But they have a belief: if you persist, someone will definitely come to rescue you!
"If you hadn't come in time, we would have died. Thank you so much." After being rescued, Nurmahemati Hayesy Manhash said.

Then, another group of rescuers found the lost flock of sheep in a valley, totaling 260 sheep and 23 cattle. The rescuers used large trucks to pull the cattle and sheep back to the village for proper placement.
