Just when there was a contradiction between production hardware and formal production, the Changming Economic Development Zone Management Committee took the initiative to build a bridge, and Guizhou Shengfeng Electrical Appliance Technology Co., Ltd. leased the idle factory of Guizhou Fatai Recycling Resources Equipment Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. as a transition from enterprise production, creating a good situation for the park to reuse and re-appreciate the existing land.

Using idle assets, we introduced projects such as Zhongsheng Donghao, Xinyunlai Packaging, Southwest Dehua, Hengshida, etc., and revitalized 10 idle assets including Guizhou Zhulian Technology, Chuangxingda, Rongxin Tianli, Guizhou Fatai, Ruiji Industry, Yuyuan Firefighting, and revitalized a total of more than 90,000 square meters of idle factories."
