The targets of this rescue are the healthy national labor model , advanced workers, autonomous region labor models, advanced workers, and people who enjoy the treatment of national and autonomous region commendation and reward recipients. Anyone who is a model of labor who suffers from malignant tumors, who is unable to pay medical expenses of 10,000 yuan (including) due to illness, or who is unable to pay for medical expenses of more than 10,000 yuan (including) or more, the family suffers from sudden disasters, and is laid off or unemployed, and is unable to pay for tuition and living expenses for children to study, and is unable to work, have no fixed income, have no own housing or are disabled, etc., can be included in the scope of temporary assistance.
According to regulations, if the model worker is diagnosed with a malignant tumor for the first time, he will be given temporary assistance of 5,000-10,000 yuan depending on the condition; if the person or his spouse or minor child is sick and his own medical expenses are more than 10,000 yuan (inclusive), he will be given temporary assistance at a ratio of 20% of the self-paid medical expenses; if the family encounters sudden disasters that cause life difficulties, he will be given temporary assistance of 3,000-5,000 yuan. ;If the child has difficulty living due to schooling, temporary assistance will be given 5,000 yuan; if the family has long-term difficulties such as lack of ability to work, no self-owned housing, no fixed income or disability, temporary assistance will be given 3,000-5,000 yuan depending on the situation; if the person has difficulty living due to laid-off, unemployment, etc., temporary assistance will be given twice the monthly minimum wage standard of Class I of the Autonomous Region in that year; if other reasons are appropriate assistance will be given depending on the situation. The temporary relief standards will be implemented with a maximum amount of relief no more than 10,000 yuan.
Temporary relief requires the model worker to apply for an application and provide relevant supporting materials such as income certificate, medical diagnosis certificate, medical expense documents, children's schooling certificate, no-house certificate, unemployment certificate, emergency appraisal report (original and copy) and other relevant supporting materials.
