1. Some scenic spots in Nanjing will temporarily control traffic
National Day holiday is approaching, and scenic spots such as Nanjing Zhongshan Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, Confucius Temple, Xuanwu Lake , Hongshan Zoo will usher in a lot of traffic and passenger flow. At that time, some scenic spots may implement temporary traffic control.
Zhongshan Scenic Area Traffic Travel Guide
During the National Day, the traffic management department formulated specific measures for road traffic in Zhongshan Scenic Area (including the Ming Xiaoling Scenic Area, Zhongshan Mausoleum Scenic Area, Linggu Scenic Area, Toutuoling Scenic Area and other attractions):
1, 10:00-16:00 from October 1st to 5th, the Maqun Interchange and Qingma Interchange on the Shanghai-Chengdu Link will divert and intercept the traffic in the direction of the city according to the actual traffic flow.
Traffic management department will set up a diversion sign in front of the Maqun Interchange diversion ramp and prompt the rider to detour from S001 of the ring road. During the interception of the Qingma Interchange, vehicles were prohibited from entering the city from the main line of the Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway Connection Line, and the ramp from Maqun Xin Street to the main city and the ramp from the Second Bridge to the ring road to the city.

4. Vehicles entering the scenic area from Boai Road are given priority to enter the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum parking lot. When the parking lot usage rate reaches 80%, the traffic management department will implement vehicle restrictions on the Boai Road intersection of Zhongshanmen Street and prohibit vehicles other than buses from entering Boai Road.
5. In order to improve the order of the south exit of the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum parking lot, the bus will be transferred from the Mingyuan Road to Boai Road and drive in one direction.
6. In order to make up for the insufficient parking spaces in the scenic area, Linggu Temple West Road will be changed to one-way traffic to north and south, allowing one-sided parking on the road. Allow vehicles to enter the post office, , and parking on one side. When Meihua Valley is congested, vehicles will be guided to park in the parking lot along Mingling Road. When the parking lot is full, vehicles will be guided to park one side along the road.
7, Post Office East Road and Post Office West Road are prohibited from occupying the road and parking. The traffic management department will send additional police forces to strengthen patrol management to ensure that the road is open in both directions.
8. Set up a temporary parking lot on Zhongshanmen Street to facilitate tourists to transfer to subways and buses. Vehicles heading to the Sports Park can park on both sides of the intersection of Xiwazi Road, Zhongshanmen Street.
9. When vehicles on Longbo Road line up to the intersection of Baima Park, vehicles are prohibited from driving into Longbo Road. During the festival, Liao Zhongkai’s Tomb bus stop on Longbo Road will be suspended.
Xuanwu Lake Scenic Area Traffic Guide
During the National Day, the traffic management department recommends that citizens who go to visit first choose subway or bus to Xuanwu Lake, and there is no parking space on site; buses and tourists who drive can park at Xinzhuang Expo Center and enter Xuanwu Lake from Cuizhou Gate. In addition, there are the following control measures:
1, Xuanwumen Road, Dongting Road, Kunlun Road, 8:30-17:30, temporary traffic control is implemented depending on the situation, and motor vehicles are prohibited from entering, except for residents in the controlled area.

Ningxia High-tech Pass, but due to the "dead-end road" on the northern end of the General Avenue, many car owners cannot touch the direction.
However, good news is coming! The southern extension project of General Avenue is expected to be completed and opened to traffic on October 1!
This also means that starting from the National Day, the owners of the main city of Nanjing can go south along the General Road and drive to the Ningxia High-tech Passage, known as the "most beautiful highway in Nanjing", and it only takes more than 80 minutes to get to Gaochun , and there is no toll station along the way.
This new road actually directly connects the Ningxia High-tech Pass to Lukou Airport. In the future, if the residents along Gaochun and the residents along the route want to take a plane to the airport, they may not necessarily have to take the Ningxuan Expressway. From the Ningxia High-tech Pass to the airport, the mileage is shorter or a free road, and you can enjoy the scenery along the way.
