Passage management measures
In accordance with the "Opinions on Vigorously Supporting Provincial Capital Construction and High-Quality Development" of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, the expressways within the ring expressways in our city will cancel tolls and drive for free. In order to maintain traffic order and ensure the safety and smooth roads, free sections of expressways are now announced. The traffic measures during the transition period of traffic management are as follows:
(I) Xinyuan Expressway (Zhengding Toll Station-Shijiazhuang South Toll Station).
(II) Shihuang Expressway (Shijiazhuang East Toll Station- Xinyuan Expressway ).
(III) Shitai Expressway (Xinyuan Expressway-Shijiazhuang West Toll Station).
2. Free sections of expressways are still managed by the Shijiazhuang Municipal Public Security Bureau Traffic Management Bureau and the Provincial Public Security Department Expressway Traffic Police Corps.
III. Measures for restricting traffic on free sections of expressways:
(I) Except for personnel and special vehicles and machinery engaged in highway maintenance operations, road administration, fault cleaning, accident rescue, etc., pedestrians, non-motor vehicles, low-speed trucks, three-wheeled vehicles, tractors, wheeled special mechanical vehicles, articulated passenger buses, full-hook trailer and other motor vehicles with a maximum designed speed of less than 70 kilometers per hour are not allowed to enter the expressway.
(II) Dangerous cargo transport vehicles are prohibited from passing from 0 to 6 o'clock.
4. Medium-sized and heavy-duty trucks and large passenger cars passing through (transit) our city, and will detour the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao, Beijing-Kunming, North Ring Road, Tianjin-Shi, Zhangshi, Qingyin and Xibaipo Expressways.
5. When a traffic accident occurs or seeking help in distress on a free section of the expressway, call the alarm number 12122 or 110.
6. This "Notice" is implemented simultaneously with the cancellation of tolls on expressways.
