The father was killed, and the two sisters in Cili in Hunan pursued the murderer for 25 years until September 29, 2019 when the police found the suspect. On the morning of November 17, the case was heard at the Intermediate People's Court of Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province.
During the trial lasting more than 5 hours, the suspect Zhang Moubiao suddenly turned his confession in court, saying that he did not intentionally kill someone, but caused death by negligence. His sister Zhang Mouchun expressed her plead guilty and plea for the crime of hiding the prosecution during the trial. At 15:30, the judge announced an adjournment and announced the verdict of the case at a later date.
The youngest daughter of the victim Zhang Aqin said, "For more than 20 years, Zhang Aqin has been evading legal sanctions. Zhang Miaobiao and his family have never committed any apology and comfort, and have never negotiated compensation financially. They have also intensified their damage to their father's grave. It is unforgivable."
In addition, Zhang Aqin also said that her mother died in a car accident on the road to pursue the murderer. The driver of the accident escaped. After the father's case was over, she and her sister would seek justice for her mother. "He has been escaping for 23 years. At the end of August this year, the driver of the accident finally expressed his willingness to surrender to our local police. After the father's case was over, I still have to seek justice for my mother."

The suspect turned his confession in court and refused to admit his intentional homicide
At 9:00 on November 17, the case was heard at the Zhangjiajie Intermediate People's Court. The trial continued after an hour of lunch break until 15:30. The judge announced the recession and the verdict was announced at a date.
During the trial, the suspect Zhang Moubiao re-examined his confession on the spot and denied the content of the previously signed confession of intentional homicide confession and acceptance of punishment. Zhang Mouchun said that he had no objection to his behavior of hiding his younger brother and pleaded guilty and accepted punishment for the prosecution's alleged hiding crime.
Zhang Moubiao said that during the argument with Zhang Guoheng, Zhang Guoheng waved his hoe and injured his mother. After seeing this, Zhang Moubiao stepped forward to snatch Zhang Guoheng's hoe. During this period, Zhang Guoheng was choked by Zhang Guoheng, so he injured Zhang Guoheng's arm with a knife tied to his waist. After that, he ran away, Zhang Guoheng chased him closely, and stabbed Zhang Guoheng in the stomach out of self-defense. Zhang Moubiao said that he did not intentionally kill someone, but was a negligent death.
Previously, the Public Security Bureau of Cili County issued a notice stating that according to the confession of the suspect Zhang (Zhang Moubiao): 25 years ago, when he realized that Zhang Guoheng was intentionally injured and died, he took advantage of the chaos in the scene to escape to the back mountain, climbed over the back mountain to the road and stopped the car to Ningxiang. His aunt Lu Mouying (who has died of illness) who was hiding in Ningxiang, was picked up by Zhang Mouchun to Guangdong shortly afterwards. In 2008, with the help of my aunt, Zhang Moubiao re-registered her household registration in a place in Hunan and changed her name to Zhang Mou. After that, Zhang Mou (Zhang Moubiao) moved her household registration to Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, where his wife's household registration was located, and worked in Guangdong.
The public prosecution agency accused the defendant Zhang Moubiao of intentional homicide. According to the law, those who are over 16 years old and under 18 years old can be given a mitigation of punishment. Zhang Moubiao was 16 years old when he committed the case. During the trial, the prosecution suggested that the court sentence Zhang Moubiao to life imprisonment.
Zhang Aqin did not expect that Zhang Moubiao would redeem his confession in court. He said, "For more than 20 years, Zhang Moubiao has been evading legal sanctions. Zhang Moubiao and his family have never committed any apology and comfort, and have never negotiated compensation in terms of finance. He has also severely damaged his father's grave, which is unforgivable. We require the court to impose a death penalty on Zhang Moubiao. Zhang Mouchun should be punished from 5 to 10 years for sheltering major crimes."

The father was stabbed to death, and the suspect escaped and the other was released on bail
According to the WeChat official account of Cili Public Security, at around 11:00 on July 2, 1994, Zhang Mouzhuo, a villager in Dongxi Village, Dongxi Township, Cili County, ran to the township government and shouted: "I killed Zhang Guoheng! I killed Zhang Guoheng!" The screams completely broke the silence of this mountain village.
When the township government staff learned the news and were about to rush to the crime scene, Zhang Mouzhuo had already arrived at the township government and kept saying, "I killed Zhang Guoheng..." The township government staff had to take Zhang Mouzhuo, who was panicked, to the public security office in Dongxi Township, and hand it over to the public security organs for investigation and disposal.
Cili County Public Security Bureau previously issued a notice stating that after preliminary investigation by police officers in the duty room, Zhang Mouzhuo, Zhang Guoheng and Zhang Moubing had a conflict during the rice field diversion and irrigation. During the fight, Zhang Guoheng was stabbed by Zhang Mouzhuo with a pig-killing knife. Later, Zhang Mouzhuo's son Zhang Moubiao (16 years old) came to the scene with another pig-killing knife and wrestled with Zhang Guoheng. In the end, Zhang Guoheng was stabbed by Zhang Moubiao with a pig-killing knife, causing acute hemorrhagic shock. After the incident, the suspect Zhang Mouzhuo was controlled by the police, but Zhang Moubiao fled from the scene and disappeared.
After forensic identification, Zhang Guoheng was stabbed by others with a single-edge sharp weapon and caused acute hemorrhagic shock to die.
On July 7, 1994, Zhang Mouzhuo was taken into custody and investigated by the Cili County Public Security Bureau for suspected intentional injury, and the suspect Zhang Moubiao fled. In March 1996, Zhang Mouzhuo was detained for 847 days and was released on bail due to insufficient evidence. Police said that some traces at the scene had been trampled and damaged by villagers who rushed to watch after the incident.

The suspect changed his name when he was arrested, and started a family in Guangdong
In 2019, the incident of two sisters in Cili, Hunan chasing their father for 25 years attracted attention after being reported by the media. On September 29 of the same year, the police of the task force successfully arrested Zhang Moubiao, a criminal suspect suspected of intentional injury, in Guangdong. When he was arrested, he had a new household registration and a new name, and started a family in Guangdong.
Cili police introduced that before Zhang Moubiao was caught, the police in the task force did work for Zhang Mouzhuo many times, hoping that he could provide relevant clues or urge Zhang Moubiao to surrender. Zhang Mouzhuo always denied that he and his relatives had contact with Zhang Moubiao, and informed the police that he had a bad relationship with his eldest daughter Zhang Mouchun and had never had any contact.
The police officer in charge of the case learned during a regular investigation that Zhang Mouzhuo's eldest daughter Zhang Mouchun actually took the initiative to contact Zhang Mouzhuo and told him to do a good job in the Zhang sisters.
A few days later, the police in the squatting team found that Zhang Mouchun had frequent contact with a man and had close relationships. The man was very likely the suspect Zhang Moubiao. The information verification team also found that Zhang Mouchun had close contact with the man and had multiple large transfers. After further verification after
, the police found that the identity information of the suspect Zhang Moubiao had been changed. The man who appeared in the police's sight had already obtained a new household registration and was renamed Zhang Mou, and started a family in Guangdong.
htmlOn September 29, the police of the task force successfully arrested Zhang Mou (Zhang Moubiao) in Guangdong for intentional injury and Zhang Mouchun, a criminal suspect suspected of sheltering and harboring. Zhang Mouzhuo was also detained for changes in the case. Then Zhang Moubiao and three others were sent to the prosecution by the Cili County Public Security Bureau for review and prosecution. On November 14, the victim's family entrusted a lawyer Fu Jian to tell the Beijing News reporter that the case was originally accepted by the Cili County People's Court, but later the family raised an objection to jurisdiction. The case was transferred to the Zhangjiajie Intermediate People's Court on July 31 this year.
Fu Jian said that three suspects had been arrested before, and the trial was targeted at Zhang Moubiao and Zhang Mouchun. "In the review and prosecution stage, due to insufficient evidence, the Cili County Procuratorate made a decision not to prosecute Zhang Mouzhuo in May this year." The "Decision on No Prosecution" issued by the Procuratorate shows that the public security organs determined that on the morning of July 2, 1994, the two families had a dispute over water irrigating farmland by the field. Later, Zhang Mouzhuo used a pig-killing knife to cut Zhang Guoheng's right upper arm (it was identified as serious injury). When Zhang Guoheng was injured and fled to the ridge of the field, he was stabbed and stabbed and killed by Zhang Moubiao, the son of Zhang Mouzhuo.
After the case was transferred to the public prosecution agency, it was successively returned to the investigative agency on January 13 and March 26 this year for additional investigation. The investigative agency then completed the additional investigation on February 13 and April 22 and transferred it to the prosecution. The police found that Zhang Mouzhuo used a pig-killing knife to seriously injured Zhang Guoheng's right upper arm, and that Zhang Mouzhuo and Zhang Moubiao committed a joint crime. However, the Cili County Procuratorate believed that the facts were unclear, the evidence was insufficient, and the conditions for prosecution were not met, and finally decided to "not prosecute Zhang Mouzhuo."
Zhang Aqin told the Beijing News reporter that she had submitted the "Application for the Decision of Disagreement and Not Prosecution" to the Zhangjiajie Municipal Procuratorate.

My mother died in a car accident on the way to pursue the murderer. The driver of the accident escaped for 23 years
After Zhang Guoheng was killed, his wife Zou Maoying embarked on the road to chase the murderer with her two daughters who were about ten years old.
I am afraid that enemies will come to seek revenge, so every night before going to bed, Zou Maoying will put a shoulder pole with nails beside the bed. In order to ask for an explanation for the deceased husband, Zou Maoying and his tribe went to the Cili County Public Security Bureau many times to inquire about the case, "The police said that the person had run away and there were no clues, so let us provide clues."
Whenever the tribe found out about Zhang Moubiao's news or rumors, Zou Maoying would take his youngest daughter Zhang Aqin (the eldest daughter lives in school) out to chase the murderer. Traveling from Dongxi Township to Cili County for three hours, and then taking a bus from Cili County to the surrounding county town.
In another place, Zou Maoying opened a small hotel for her youngest daughter, bought some buns, locked the door, and told her not to open the door if she told her to ask for it. She went alone and went there for a day. "In two years, my mother almost ran all over Hunan to chase the murderer for her father." But she found nothing in the end. Many times, Zhang Aqin saw her mother crying in a muffled voice.
The unsmooth journey of a family chasing the murderer does not all come from finding the murderer itself. In March 1996, Zou Maoying was riding a private minibus on the road to chase the murder. Zou Maoying was killed on the spot and the driver of the accident escaped. Zhang Aqin and her sister Zhang Ali became orphans. After family discussion, the two sisters were raised by their uncle who runs a restaurant.
Later, due to tuition and life problems, Zhang Ali and Zhang Aqin went to Dongguan Electronics Factory to work as assembly line general workers, with a monthly salary of 400 to 500 yuan. In addition, they also went to Xinjiang and other places to look for the murderer. The two sisters said that they often had a similar dream, dreaming that their father was wearing a white shirt and covered in blood. "In the dream, his father asked us to avenge him."
insisted on chasing the murderer for 25 years. Zhang Aqin said that she and her sister wanted to seek justice for their father and let the murderer be punished.
After Zhang Moubiao was arrested, Zhang Aqin felt that she had let go of a lot, which was completely different from her previous experience. Her and her sister's life was gradually getting on the right track.
In August this year, Zhang Aqin took her husband and children back to her hometown for the first time and went to visit all her relatives. Now she and her husband have found an e-commerce job. Because my father's case is still in the prosecution stage, my sister Zhang Ali is usually responsible for the case situation in her hometown and has never gone out to work. She plans to find a job with her husband after the case is tried.

In addition, Zhang Aqin told the Beijing News reporter that she also wanted to seek justice for her mother who died in a car accident. The driver who caused the accident was driving a scrapped car that failed and turned off the cliff due to a steering wheel failure, killing 7 people and injuring 21 people. The road traffic accident responsibility certification letter issued by the Traffic Police Brigade of Cili County Public Security Bureau shows that this accident is a major and vicious traffic accident.
Zhang Aqin later asked about the driver's accident from multiple sources and learned that the driver changed his name in 1998 and retaked his driver's license. "He has been running away for 23 years. At the end of August this year, the driver of the accident finally expressed his willingness to surrender to our local police. After the father's case was over, I still have to seek justice for my mother."
