Jiwei.com News (text/Xiaoshan) According to China Times Electronic News, Taiwanese company Qunchuang recently stated that Huike Jinyu Optoelectronics' large-sized panels have once again infringed on its patents. Regarding the three newly added infringing products, the company filed another patent infringement lawsuit with the Shenyang Intermediate People's Court on December 10.
Qunchuang Chairman Hong Jinyang severely condemned Huike's repeated disregard for intellectual property rights, and asked the court to issue an injunction order , prohibiting Huike from producing and selling infringing TV panels, and seeking substantial compensation for damages.
Speaking of the first confrontation between Qunchuang and Huike on patent issues, it can be traced back to February 12, 2018. At that time, Qunchuang filed a lawsuit against Huike with the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court and Ningbo Intermediate People's Court. During this period, Huike had filed a lawsuit against Qunchuang's patent infringement, but the request was ruled to be rejected in June this year.
Qunchuang pointed out that during the 20 months of the lawsuit, Huike had no communication and sincerity to resolve the product infringement problem and continued to produce infringing products for profit.
Hong Jinyang said that Qunchuang has obtained thousands of patents in many countries, covering a variety of high-end technology and high-quality patent layout . In this regard, he called on enterprises to compete openly and fairly on the premise of respecting intellectual property rights.
It is worth mentioning that Hong Jinyang pointed out that Qunchuang's complaint to the Shenyang Intermediate People's Court again for Huike's infringing products is different from the products in previous lawsuits. This proves that Huike is not only continuing to produce infringing products, but also not changing its infringement for the new development panel. Therefore, it is reasonable to suspect that Huike is continuing to plagiarize Qunchuang's celebrity products. Qunchuang will continue to search for evidence for such behavior and will take all necessary legal actions.
In addition, Qunchuang also pointed out that Huike disregards intellectual property rights and suffers more than one person. On April 26 this year, Shenzhen Huaxing Optoelectronics filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Huike in the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court. The products involved include Huike 23.6-inch, 32-inch, 43-inch and 50-inch LCD panels, which basically cover all mainstream LCD panel sizes mass-produced and sold by Huike. The Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court issued a lawsuit injunction in mid-November, requiring Huike to stop producing infringing products immediately, which shows that Huike's behavior of disregarding intellectual property rights has reached a point where it cannot be ignored.
and Qunchuang are also ready to face Huike in court, defend Qunchuang's technical patents, research and development efforts and company reputation, and require Huike to stop infringement immediately and completely stop producing infringing products. (Proofreading/Jurnan)
