According to reports, Kaohsiung City Culture Bureau Director Wang Wencui pointed out that the "10-year village stationing" plan was upgraded for the first time, with a period of 10 years. It formed a comprehensive review team including cultural and creative industries, brand operations, construction, structure, fire safety and cultural asset preservation. It conducted two rounds of detailed comprehensive reviews on written preliminary review and on-site review for operation model, space configuration and decoration, renovation plan concept and funding budget estimate.
Culture Bureau said that last weekend, the jury team conducted nearly 20 hours of marathon-style on-site review in the two families in Jianye and Huangpu. The proposals passed the preliminary review briefed the operation and house repair plans for future entrepreneurship in the proposal houses.
